Bedford Central Adult Choir
Our primary goal is to lift up the name of Jesus in song. We lead the congregation in worship along with our worship team. Our choir ministers at the 8am and 11am services. We sing anthems, spirituals, and gospel songs. We pray that our music inspires the congregation and draws men and women to a closer relationship with the Lord.
MEET: Thursdays @7:00pm and Saturdays @4:00pm-6:00pm "Let every thing that has breath praise the Lord."
This is the Christian Education/Sunday Church School ministry of Bedford-Central. Children and adults alike come to learn about the fundamentals of the Christian faith and how to build upon their relationship with Christ.
Bible Center: Sundays @9:30am-10:45am Bible Study: Wednesdays @7:00-8:30pm
The mission of the Dorcas Ministry is to seek ways in which it can serve the church community, as well as fellowship amongst themselves. This is a servant ministry - i.e. back pack drive, prison ministry.
MEET: 3rd Sunday @9:30am
The goal and emphasis of this ministry is to reach out to the un-churched in the community, with the hope of leading them to receive Christ and the gift of His salvation.
The focus of this ministry is to provide the church community with information and ways to keep the body of Christ fit and healthy for the faithful journey.

The Bedford-Central Academy of Christian Development
At designated times throughout the year, the BCACD, offers classes and workshops that address the holistic needs of the people of God and others for the purpose of strengthening persons on various levels of life. We teach the word of God, as well as life skills, and other areas that will help to develop an individual's body, mind, and soul.
The Hospitality Ministry seeks to be intentional as to how our guests are welcomed and greeted, while at the same time seeking new ways of assimilating new members into the intricate workings and ministries of Bedford-Central Presbyterian Church.
Music Ministry/Instrumental Classes
Volunteer teachers, teach students from the ages of 9 years to adults of all ages, various instruments, so that their musical gifts can be utilized in the church. Each June the students are presented/showcased in a recital to show their accomplishments.

The Men's Ministry/Brothers of Ezekiel
The purpose of the Men's Ministry is to study the word of God; to promote a fellowship of brothers/men that are followers of the Christian faith; to share in the concerns of each other individually and collectively; and to promote the cause of Christ in ways that are edifying to the body of Christ and glorifying to God.
MEET: 2nd Saturday @9:00-11:00am
The purpose of the ministry is to lead the church in individual and collective prayer, while teaching the importance of prayer in corporate worship and daily life.
MEET: Wednesdays @6:30-7:00pm (followed by Bible Study)
The Solid Rock Dancers
This is the dance ministry for adults of all ages. The Solid Rock Dancers participate in Sunday morning worship, as well as special church events.

The Usher Board
Creates a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests as they enter the church for worship services and other events.

The Women's Ministry
The purpose of the Women's Ministry is to bring together sisters of the congregation that desire to utilize their gifts and talents for the body of Christ, as well as to promote a fruitful and healthy relationship of sisterhood.

Bedford-Central Community Development Cooperation
The purpose of the Cooperation is to strengthen the lower and middle-income populations in the central areas of Brooklyn, New York, in the hopes of fueling the local economy and fostering relationships within the community, with participants of BCCDC programs and funders. MEET: Tuesdays at @6:30pm
BCPC Empowered to End Domestic Violence Ministry ( Dr. Maxine Goring-Rodriguez)
Offers individuals affected by domestic violence the opportunity to live violence free lives by enabling them to:

The purpose of this ministry is to help enhance and supplement those in need and to demonstrate God's love in the community.

The purpose of the Youth Ministry is to create a developmental approach for all ages in the congregation, addressing every stage of their Christian growth and the challenges they face in family and society. The Youth Ministry includes Totally His (Youth Choir and Drama and Arts), Chosen (Praise Dance team) and our outreach ministry New Life Fellowship.

Prepares leaders for the future through class room experience that will ensure our church and community is adequately serviced.

The mission of the ministry is to grow spiritually and to improve physically by utilizing the gifts and talents of mature adults. Activities are conducted in a warm, friendly and cooperative environment and new ideas are openly solicited.

The Scholarship and Educational Ministry's long term objective is to educate the youths of Bedford-Central and it's neighboring communities on the importance of higher education and goal oriented careers.
