Welcome
"Bedford Central exists to seek Christ first in all things, to glorify God by equipping believers to serve and evangelize through meaningful relationships."
Bedford Central Presbyterian Church exists in order to lead men, women, and children to Jesus Christ, thereby becoming a part of God's family. Our aim is to assist people in ways of growing and maturing so each may serve the world actively sharing their gifts and talents.
No matter where you are in life, Bedford Central Church has a place for you. You can be the very link in the chain of hope that is continuously expanding as we serve both our present neighborhood and communities around the world. You are invited and welcomed to become a part of Christ's family as we continue to serve the world.

Sermon Summary
By: Bro. David Goodman
Sunday, June 5, 2022
Sermon: "Earth, Wind and Fire"
Scripture: Acts 2:1-13
Preacher: Pastor Clive E. Neil
In the Old Testament, the Holy Spirit was always temporary. On Good Friday the Spirit became permanent.
When do you receive it? The Holy Spirit is not individual but Corporate.
Purpose of the Spirit? It rested on each of them and they all spoke in tongues. According to Joel 2, everyone will receive the Spirit - all who call upon the name of the Lord.
Why did they receive the Holy Ghost?
Prerequisite - They remained in one accord. How is it possible that they could speak in known tongues? To be witnesses all over the world as evangelists.
The particularity of Pentecost? They all heard the same message. It was clear to all who heard. It is about all of us having a Testimony about the wonderful work of Christ
Peculiarity of the Holy Spirit? We are different, but we serve the same God. No matter where we are we remain consistent in our personalities.
It’s not when you receive the Holy Spirit but how far you ran with it.
We invite to join our mailing list and receive emails we send out with news or special service schedules.

Our Mission
We believe that the door to salvation is always open and so are the doors to our church. Our mission is to be fully devoted to Jesus by opening our arms to those in search of the truth. We show God’s love and concern for our fellow man at every opportunity. Through works of charity and opening our doors to listen and love, we feel that we are walking in the footsteps of Jesus Christ.
