"Bedford Central exists to seek Christ first in all things, to glorify God by equipping believers to serve and evangelize through meaningful relationships."
Bedford Central Presbyterian Church exists in order to lead men, women and children to Jesus Christ, thereby becoming a part of God's family. Our aim is to assist people in ways of growing and maturing so each may serve the world actively sharing their gifts and talents.
No matter where you are in life, Bedford Central Church has a place for you. You can be the very link in the chain of hope that is continuously expanding as we serve both our present neighborhood and communities around the world. You are invited and welcomed to become a part of Christ's family as we continue to serve the world.

Sermon: "He Put Me In A Tent"
Scripture: Genesis 29:23-30
Peacher: Dr. David Jackson, Director Of New Life, NY
We know that reality makes us feel that we do not deserve what God has for us. We ask how can we trust God? But God will move Heaven and Earth to keep His promises.
Divine Substitution - He will move things out of the way and put you where He wants you to be.
Leah’s story is an example of Divine Substitution. Leah, Laban’s elder daughter was at the point where she was ready to give up. She was in a place where it seemed that everything was within reach but somehow she could not quite grab it. The opportunity may not be leaning in your favor but don’t put your hand in it. ‘Be still and know that I am God’. To fulfill God’s promise to Abraham there had to be a Leah. It is in the moments when your faith is stretched that you have to hear ‘trust me’. We have to increase our faith. God rebuilds so that we can recommit in order to stand on our commitment. Don’t judge your Labans. He might have had dirty hands, but God will use dirty hands in order to reach his promise. You don’t have to prove your worth or value to anyone. For Leah seven years ago marriage was only a dream. Now she is in the Tent. While you are in the Tent thank God for His mercy. Because He loves us that much. God has the power to move people, places, and things to put you in the Tent.
We invite to join our mailing list and receive emails we send out with news or special service schedules.
We believe that the door to salvation is always open and so are the doors to our church. Our mission is to be fully devoted to Jesus by opening our arms to those in search of the truth. We show God’s love and concern for our fellow man at every opportunity. Through works of charity and opening our doors to listen and love, we feel that we are walking in the footsteps of Jesus Christ.
